Privacy Policy

LAST UPDATED: 2 OCTOBER 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Aurevus International Education ("Aurevus", "we", "us") collects, uses, discloses and protects personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (the "PDPA"). It applies to personal data collected through this website and through our enquiry channels.

1. Who we are

Aurevus International Education is based at 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Singapore 409051 and supports families whose children study in Singapore and Malaysia. Unique Entity Number (UEN): *Required.

2. Personal data we collect

We collect only what we need to respond to you and to provide our services:

•  Through the consultation form: the parent or guardian's name, email address and WhatsApp or WeChat contact, the student's age, the preferred study destination, the intended start date, and anything you choose to tell us about your family's priorities.

•  Through WhatsApp, WeChat, email or telephone: the contact details and information you share with us in those conversations.

•  Through your use of this website: technical information such as pages visited, device and browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies (see section 9).

3. Personal data of children

Our services concern students aged 6 to 18. We collect personal data about a student from the student's parent or legal guardian, and we rely on the parent or guardian's consent for that collection, use and disclosure. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from a child through this website. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

4. How we use personal data

•  To respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation.

•  To assess school options and to prepare and support applications that you ask us to make.

•  To arrange guardianship, accommodation, student support and academic preparation that you engage us for.

•  To communicate with you about your child's placement and wellbeing during our engagement.

•  To operate, secure and improve this website.

•  To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

5. Consent and withdrawal

By submitting the consultation form or contacting us, you consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes in section 4. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer (section 13). We will tell you the likely consequences of withdrawal, for example that we may no longer be able to support an application, and we will process your request within a reasonable time.

6. Disclosure to third parties

We do not sell personal data. We disclose personal data only where needed for the purposes above, or where required or permitted by law, including to:

•  Schools you ask us to approach, for admissions purposes.

•  Guardians, host families, accommodation providers and academic tutors engaged for your child, where you have asked us to arrange these services.

•  Service providers who support our operations, such as our website host (Wix.com) and analytics provider (Google), messaging platforms (WhatsApp and WeChat) and email providers. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own terms.

•  Government and regulatory authorities, where required by law.

7. Transfers outside Singapore

Because we support families in Malaysia and Singapore and use service providers whose servers may be located overseas, your personal data may be transferred outside Singapore. Where we do so, we take reasonable steps to ensure the recipient provides a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA, as required by section 26 of the PDPA.

8. Marketing messages and the Do Not Call Registry

We will only send you marketing messages with your consent. We comply with the Do Not Call provisions of the PDPA, which apply to voice calls, text messages and messages sent through messaging applications such as WhatsApp. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.

9. Cookies and analytics

This website uses cookies that are necessary for it to function, and analytics cookies from Google Analytics that help us understand how visitors use the site. Analytics data is reported to us in aggregate. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking necessary cookies may affect how the site works.

10. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required for legal or business purposes. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymise it.

11. Protection

We take reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data in our possession or control from unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal or similar risks. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Access, correction and data breaches

You may ask for access to the personal data we hold about you and information about how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, and you may ask us to correct any error or omission. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request and will tell you the fee before processing it. If a data breach occurs that is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as required by the PDPA.

13. Data Protection Officer

For any question, request or complaint about your personal data, please contact our Data Protection Officer:

•  Name: *Required

•  Address: 60 Paya Lebar Road, #06-28, Singapore 409051
